The Client Experience Administrator (CEA) works to support the CES and OPS teams on assigned clients by performing administrative updates, attending client meetings as needed, and working reports. The CEA works in collaboration with the Client Experience Specialist to ensure all internal and external client emails are responded to professionally and promptly and tasks to send to the client to help resolve outstanding accounts are processed appropriately.

The CEA is responsible for working on internal reports on accounts and distributes client emails to the REL team. The CEA works to help locate new addresses for patients sending out new notices as appropriate and is responsible to update status on accounts due to bankruptcy or deceased notifications. The CEA is responsible for mailing reports and statements to clients adhering to the REL outbound mail process ensuring a double check for HIPAA. The CEA sends regular reports to clients as outlined and assigned and is responsible for working certain reports to ensure REL system matches the client systems. The CEA will help to ensure that accounts are updated appropriately and moving as they should through the workflow. The CEA will escalate any issues impacting accounts or clients directly to the Client Experience Manager.

The CEA will actively manage Client Access Web access for clients, including management of sign on information. The CEA may be responsible for e-filing documents and working regular reports.

The CEA will communicate with both internal and external clients and must conduct him/herself in a manner that demonstrates professionalism, respect, service, and promotes the Revenue Enterprises culture.

Abilities required

  • Must be able to sit for work 6-8 hours per day.
  • 2 day in office per week requirement at the Denver/Aurora location
  • Able to lift 3-20 lbs.
  • Typing skills 45+ words per minute.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft EXCEL skills
  • Ability to read and interpret information.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various individuals and clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on findings to Management and Clients.
  • Other duties as assigned and determined appropriate for the position.
