Training: 3 weeks (paid)
Starting Pay Range: $75,000 - $92,000 based on prior experience

The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the technological operation of the REL IT systems. This role will be expected to monitor, manage, update the IT resources and coordinate with other IT teams or vendors accordingly. This role is a key position within the IT service department and will be called upon to resolve high-level technical issues, compliance tasks, ServiceDesk tickets and audits as needed for SOC2 Type 2 compliance. The Systems Administrator will be required to operate independently and maintain critical communication with the IT Team and Staff as needed. This role will be expected to monitor, manage, and engage IT resources or vendors accordingly
Essential Job Functions:
Provide technical oversite and management of vendor relationships in the following areas:
Network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
Maintain auditing of Internal systems, vendors, cloud, and network infrastructures.
Microsoft Office 365 suite and accompanying Admin Portals
Virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft
Immediately manage and remediate issues generated by monitoring and management system alerts and notifications
Work escalated support issues related to REL’s core business operations, WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security, and remote access solutions.
Perform network assessments, security audits and new technology/implementations within compliance guidelines.
Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, for scheduled audit periods.
Interacts with and monitors the activities of 3rd party IT vendors notifying IT leadership of anything that does not adhere to our established controls and security procedures.
Maintain support document for computer systems and network infrastructure.
Communication with the IT Staff and Revenue Management as required
Job requirements
High School diploma or GED
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 7 years’ direct support experience working in a like role or 3 years of strong experience working in Managed Services.
Candidate must be willing to pursue certifications and trainings to maintain compliance and relevant industry experience.
Candidate must be occasionally available outside standard business hours to maintain operations of REL and facilitate emergency responses as needed.
Candidate must be able to travel to select office sites, client sites and respond to issues at REL’s office or Datacenter.
