The Associate Director of Project & Process Management will play an essential part of Revenue Enterprises operations with new and existing clients. This position breaks down into 3 major areas of operation.

1) Project Management. This position will manage all projects such as new client onboarding and implementations and existing client program expansions. This position is responsible for proving proactive communication on a regular and consistent basis reporting to Operations, IT, Client Management, and Revenue Enterprises Leadership Team.

2) Operations Systems and Vendor Management. This position will manage and coordinate with vendor partners and systems related to operations. 

3) Process and Audit Management. This position is responsible for reviewing documentation processes within various operations systems, providing updates, and communicating with the Management team to ensure accuracy of workflows.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Schedule and hold project kickoff and definition meetings with client contacts and key project stakeholders to gather pertinent information to create project outline, plan, timeline, resource allocation and budget.
  • Use of Monday.com to develop project timelines, resource allocation and project budgets for all operational projects.
  • Lead new operational vendor implementations and coordinates with IT to get new program and tool implementations up and running.
  • Creates and provides regular reporting on projects to all parties involved or related to the project including Revenue Enterprises Leadership, IT, CAM, People & Compliance, client key client contacts, etc.
  • Coordinate all client-related projects with client key contacts and appropriate Revenue Enterprises personnel and ensure adherence to defined project timelines.
  • Coordinate with and manage vendor relationships affiliated with Revenue Enterprises’ contact center and operational functionality to include but not limited to voice analytics, XM technology, telephony suite and services, automated dialer, virtual agent technology, etc. This includes contract negotiation and renewal when appropriate.
  • Provide process review and audits to ensure Revenue Enterprises Operations and other departments are defining and following all primary processes defined and documented in the process management system. This includes providing regular reporting on audit findings, as well as guidance and support to ensure processes are up to date and appropriate for best practices.
  • Document and communicate regularly and consistently on the progress, hurdles and timelines related to all projects, vendor outages, challenges and resolution of such, and any other situations or functionalities of this position.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor Degree/Associate Degree in Management or Administration or Healthcare Administration and Management. (Will consider experience in lieu of advanced education)
  • 5-10 years of Operations Management experience with an emphasis in accounts receivable recovery.
  • 5+ years of healthcare A/R Management recovery experience and an intermediate knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
  • Project Management Experience specifically related to onboarding and implementing new client programs and operational vendor onboarding.
  • Strong aptitude for contact center support systems including voice analytics, telephony systems, XM technology, virtual agents and payment solutions.
  • Strong aptitude for training and learning and development
  • Excellent Customer Service, solid analytical skills and thrives in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-starter with great motivational skills and ability to “think-outside-the-box” to solve problems.
  • Strict adherence to professional ethics and appropriate management of confidential information.
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
  • System savvy with strong MS Office, (Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint skills)
  • Experience using Monday.com and SweetProcess is strongly preferred.
